They carry out strict control over every stage of production by employing modernized technology – starting from the farm, where they get the milk, to the store shelf, to which we bring our products. Therefore, consumers prefer our products whilst being assured – that QUALITY IS GUARANTEED.
Milk is the base raw material for the production of our products; therefore our suppliers start the quality control on the farms and households, which provide us with milk. They aim to maintain the quality of the raw materials. Laboratory workers and veterinarians regularly visit the farms and maintain control over the conditions under which the cows are kept, educating by telling the personnel on how to properly feed and care for the cattle ordinarily to provide quality and tasty milk.
The provision of milk from farms takes place at the company’s own milk collecting stations, which our suppliers equipped with modern refrigeration units that allow them to quickly cool the milk to 3 °C. It is at this temperature that milk maximally maintains its natural qualities and taste. Directly at the milk collecting stations, our laboratory assistant carries out the first tests to check out the quality of the milk, and only milk of appropriate quality is shipped by special milk trucks to the dairy.
The Laboratory carries out tests in accordance with all parameters of the State Standards of Ukraine (SSU) including a check of milk for sourness, the existence of antibiotics, heavy metals, and the possibility of falsification and provides a response as to whether to allow the raw material to be used for production.
